Our retreat is strictly non-smoking, including vaping or similar, and we kindly request that you refrain from bringing alcohol, caffeine, drugs, or outside food.
Please note that our retreat is not a medical facility, and while we offer some support, it is limited for serious or ongoing conditions or addictions.
We kindly ask all guests to cultivate an atmosphere of respect and consideration, both towards our dedicated staff and fellow retreat participants, ensuring a harmonious and positive environment for everyone.

Failure to disclose information, such as addiction to illegal drugs or alcohol, will lead to the cancellation of the booking without a refund.
Additionally, engaging in smoking, illegal drug use, or alcohol consumption on the premises (except for wine served by our team at dinner) will result in the cancellation of your booking without a refund.

We understand that plans can be subject to change, so we advise all our guests to secure comprehensive travel insurance before their stay. It’s essential to choose a policy that covers sickness or unforeseen circumstances that might necessitate plan adjustments. Whether you’re a local driving to the retreat or an international traveler, please be aware that your booking constitutes a non-refundable and non-transferable holiday/package. When selecting your insurance, consider coverage for cancellation fees, lost deposits, medical expenses, evacuation, personal effects, travel delays, and personal liability. Make sure to carefully review the product disclosure statement to choose the most suitable policy. Our meals centre around a vegetarian, organic, and locally-sourced wholefoods approach, occasionally featuring fish and chicken. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea with grazing platters are included.
Meals are served buffet-style at well-spaced intervals, encouraging mindful eating to foster appreciation and presence. Our retreats offer a break from red meat, alcohol, sugar, and saturated fat.
Chai/coffee will be available only before 11:30am each day.

The foundation of our menu is based on Mediterranean plant-based recipes. All designed around simple and holistic principles using seasonal, organic farm-to-table produce from the Byron Bay Shire. Our chef Alex and nutritionist Donna will provide all of our guests with a menu tailored to improve, not only your brain health, but to provide a sensory feast and memorable connections that nourish the soul.

We highly advise reducing or abstaining from sugar, alcohol, tobacco, and caffeine consumption in the week leading up to your arrival. Based on our experience, your retreat will likely be more enriching without these substances in your system.

The retreat location is secluded yet easy to get to, only 15 minutes drive to Byron Bay town and beaches, just 25 minutes from Ballina Airport and 45 minutes from Gold Coast Airport.

Check in: We invite you to arrive from 2:30 pm onward – no later than 4pm. If you have booked a massage upon arrival, you must arrive before 3pm. Once you arrive, our team will guide you to your room, and shortly thereafter, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive orientation and a village tour at 4:15pm.
Check Out: Kindly ensure that you are packed and ready to depart by 10am sharp for a smooth departure.
Our Program Manager or team will provide a comprehensive daily itinerary around breakfast, detailing the day’s activities, their locations, and any scheduled treatments.
During your stay, we encourage you to “disconnect” from technology and devices, giving you space to “reconnect” with yourself, others and the experience.
The property provides complimentary WIFI for essential communication with friends and family, and mobile phones and other devices are permitted in your room. However, please refrain from using these in common areas, ensuring everyone enjoys a well-deserved break from technology.
